A bit about me

My journey

I’m an introvert who loves people. I grew up in Italy, spent some time in China, and have been based in London for the past ten years.

Before coaching, I worked in strategy consulting and had chapters in e-commerce, startups and business school. I’ve experienced high-pressure environments firsthand, and I also know the internal work of reassessing where you are, exploring what’s possible and choosing a new path forward.

My twenties also brought a lot of personal change: a serious health issue, burnout, and the end of a ten-year relationship. During life and career changes, coaching helped me navigate each transition with more clarity and intention, and turned moments of uncertainty into opportunities for genuine growth. I became more grounded, more confident, and clearer about what I wanted.

I’ve realised that times of uncertainty and upheaval, while difficult, usually hold huge potential for deeper clarity and more authentic growth. And I found myself consistently drawn to supporting others through their transitions.

For the past six years, I’ve followed that pull while working: studying Happiness Studies, completing a CPCAB counselling qualification, and now training in Transformative Coaching.

Coaching is the work I’ve found myself returning to again and again. A place where I can offer clarity, presence, and genuine belief in people’s ability to grow into a truer version of themselves.

How did I prepare for this?

  • Transformational Coaching (Animas Centre for Coaching)
    ICF-accredited coach training focused on guiding people through change using powerful questioning, reflection, and mindset work.

  • Certificate in Happiness Studies (Happiness Studies Academy)
    An evidence-based programme in positive psychology and the science of well-being, taught by leading experts and centred on resilience, meaning, and fulfilment.

  • Level 2 Certificate in Counselling Skills (CPCAB)
    An Ofqual-regulated qualification building core counselling skills in deep listening, empathy, and creating non-judgmental space.
